Four (4) of us flew to Do-Little Field on November 2, 2002 for an EAA Chapter 242 sponsored fly-in. We had a nice tailwind on the way down and made good time. We received a warm welcome and met several nice folks down there. Pictured left to right above are: Karl Field's Spitfire (red/black), Troy White's Challenger II (white/blue), Randy Berry's Kolb Firestar (white/red), and Leon Strock/Bruce Harrison's Kolb Firestar (red/black). Here's another photo from the opposite side ... showing Bruce/Leon's Firestar and Randy's Firestar better. That's Karl Fields off to the left ... and Leon Strock is behind the wing of the red plane. Could that be Bruce back there too! Here are some of the GA aircraft on the flight line at Do-Little Field. Several planes had already left when this photo was made ... and a nice Long EZ did some rolls overhead. Shortly after these photos were made, we set a course on the GPS back to Whisper Field. It got rather "COOL" on the way back, and we had about a 10 mph headwind.
